If you send us sample material to be test cut on a MOLEY® slitter, please note the required roll dimensions:
Width of roll max. 1500 mm
Diameter max. 400 mm
On cardboard core with inside diameter preferably 76 mm (3”) or 50 mm (2”)
We require one roll of each quality you wish to cut on the slitter.
There is no need to send an original roll. One or several partial rolls (waste, remnants) will do fine. But the roll should be long enough to allow a number of cuts in the required widths (e.g. if the largest required cutting widths were 20 mm, a 500 mm wide roll would be fully sufficient to try different tools and settings to find out the most suitable ones).
Please make sure the material is delivered free of charge to our address.
The slit material will be returned to you for evaluation.
